Rodne Onyango, H-560

Rodne is 11 years old and in Grade 5. He lives with his very old and ailing grandmother who is unable to provide him with enough food or meet his basic needs.

Rodne’s living conditions are heartbreaking. He sleeps in a very poor and unsafe space with no comfort. Many days he goes to people’s farms to work simply so he can get something to eat. Sadly, this has made him spend more time working than attending school leaving him far behind in his education and his agemates.

At just 11 years old, Rodne should be sleeping safely, going to school and dreaming about his future but not worrying about where his next meal will come from. He desperately needs someone to see his situation and give him a chance and help him build a better life.  Please sponsor Rodne so he may join Hope Centre.
